||PREPARE-ENRICH for Individuals
PREPARE/ENRICH is a customized
couple assessment completed online that identifies a couple's strength
and growth areas. It is one of the most widely-used programs for
premarital counseling and premarital education. It is also used
for marriage counseling, marriage enrichment, and dating couples
considering engagement. Based on a couple's assessment results,
we will develop feedback sessions in which we help you discuss and
understand the results as you are taught proven relationship and
Marti and her husband Alan are
certified to administer and use PREPARE-ENRICH.
Busy couples often cannot find
time for weekly counseling sessions. A marriage intensive provides
an opportunity to focus on your marital concerns in a one, two,
or three-day format so you can experience specific help for your
concerns. Whether you want to strengthen a good relationship or
rebuild a broken one, Palm Beach Counseling's Marriage Intensive
is designed with your needs in mind.
You and your spouse can choose
to schedule either a one, two or three half-day format for your
marriage intensive. Prior to meeting with us, you'll complete the
PrepareEnrich online inventory so your sessions will be relevant,
practical and tailored to your unique concerns.
Your intensive facilitators are
Alan and Marti Wibbels. Both are certified in PrepareEnrich, which
assesses your relationship in ten vital areas. Alan is also a Certified
Professional Life Coach, with over forty years of experience helping
individuals and couples one-to-one, in couples' seminars and in
church leadership from coast-to-coast. Marti is a Florida Licensed
Mental Health Counselor, a Board Certified Professional Christian
Counselor, and has completed Gottman Level 1 Training in Gottman
Couples Therapy. Alan and Marti have taught biblical marriage seminars
internationally and throughout the United States.
This seminar, though, is for the
two of you--to fast-track your relationship to healing and
growth. Each day of the intensive is equivalent to months of couples
counseling. The cost is determined by the length of time you choose
for your intensive. Your investment in a one-day intensive is $1,200;
a two-day intensive $2,200; a three-day intensive, $3,000, not including
meals, travel or lodging. Your marriage intensive can be scheduled
during the week or on the weekend.
"For a couple with
an average income of $60,000 a year, at least one child and
a home worth $185,000, the average cost of a divorce using
U.S. Census statistics would be about $53,000. The cost includes
short-term marriage therapy for themselves and about 20 weeks
of therapy for their child. It includes the cost to hire an
attorney, sell their marital home, purchase another at a lower
value for one spouse and rent an apartment in the same area
for the other" (www.divorce360.com).
Instead of the cataclysmic
financial, relational, emotional, physical, and mental cost
of divorce, doesn't it make sense to invest in discovering
how to make your marriage a safe haven for both of you?
